Erica has always had a heart for advocacy, human rights, and justice. She began her professional advocacy work when she joined the Justice for Julius Coalition as well as taking on administrative work for Black Lives Matter OKC in her hometown, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She has worked with several anti-death penalty organizations in the nation and is passionate about her work as an abolitionist. Erica started with The Outreach Team as an Administrative Director for ballot initiatives in Oklahoma City. She has continued her work with ballot initiatives and canvassing efforts with TOT in Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Massachusetts, and is now a Regional Director in California. When Erica is not in a campaign office, she can be found in Minnesota either in a bookstore, library, or at home with her partner, three amazing children, and their golden-doodle, Aurora.
