Peggy got her start working on environmental campaigns, oversaw fundraising campaigns regionally and nationally, and then shifted her focus to recruitment. Peggy has overseen recruitment efforts for specialized non-profit positions and large scale efforts to hire over 4000 campaign staff in just a couple months. She has worked in the campaign world as well as the personal growth and innovation sectors to develop systems and programming that helps expand accessibility and efficiency. She's passionate about biking and the environment, spends a lot of time in her garden, and has a dinosaur tattoo. Peggy lives in Durham NC with her partner, Amy.
