Ashley joined The Outreach Team staff in April of 2019. Before joining the Executive Team, she worked in both the Organizing and Political Departments as National Director of Voter Contact and Voter Registration. Prior to working at The Outreach Team, she was a community organizer in her hometown, Memphis, Tennessee. In Memphis, she worked on campaigns in the areas of criminal justice reform, black liberation, and reproductive rights, and facilitated trainings centering privilege and oppression awareness, consent and trauma awareness, and community organizing skills.
